$10.00 to remove an icon The program is good for what it does, but its not worth $10.00(USD) It is an excellent program for those who hates that safely remove hardware icon. Every program in your background decreases your system resources.

Incorrect Tool I thought this would remove phantom icons from my desktop - I didn't realize it removes hardware icons. My error - no fault of program. Best wishes, but it wasn't the right program for me.

New menus slow down MS Word. Yes the do! A moment ago I sent you a review saying that I wondered if it was your menus that were slowing down MS word. They answer is now a DEFINITE YES. They are unworkable... I work on a document. WHen the MENUS option (your new button bar) is selected, the back-arrow key is very slow. When I select another button bar, e.g. home, the arrow key works fine. This is not acceptable behavior.

Are the menus slowing down MS Word? I love the menus. Glad they are back. But I have a problem. I don't know if it is related to your menus, but I have not used M.S.Word much since installing them, and all of a sudden it is VERY SLOW! I hold down the back-arrow key, for example, and move back about 2 characters a second.I looked a utility to try to find what is eating my system. No virus scanner. Not much else.I haven't yet tried removing your menus, but at this point Word is unworkable.

Did not fix my problem. This program did not fix the huge blank white space, followed by a black column in the list of programs for uninstalling.

uninstall dummy review This program promised to be able to remove any program with just a click of the mouse. Unfortunately, this was not what happened in this case. For some reason, it could not remove a particular program from my computer. After several failed attempts, I've given up trying. If I'm going to remove this program, it'll have to be by physically removing the hard drive. Thanks for trying though, it was a pleasant dream for awhile. However I can't recommend this product as it could not live up to it's promise. Not for THIS dummy anyway...

Does what it says I foolishly deleted the C:/Program Files/whatever folders for some software that I though I'd already removed from Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs, but I hadn't. Of course then you can't get them off of the menu under add-remove programs. This did that. I also then went to the regedit and removed a few more traces of these guys. Sometimes the shell (file extension) file type associations will remain intact even after you've uninstalled something, but installing (or editing prefs on an existing) a replacement program and letting it take over the associations will fix that.

A great product This is a no nonsense easy to to use product.For me, I am trying to delete invalid entries from my Add and Remove Program list but UninstallDummy didn't do it for me. To be fair, none of the other 10 registry cleaners and installer clean-up utilities worked either. I found UninstallDummy easiest to use of them all.

It can do so far Its ok and it can do for those who visit a lot of sites. But the question is does it really remove ALL THE UNWANTED SITES? And where does all this go?

Back to work Excellent job you have done in getting Excel back to how it should look. I can continue work and feel to be back in the driverseat after two weeks where I had to spent a lot of time to find the menus in Excel 2007.One thing would be even better - give us the chart menu back: when you double click a line on a chart you can format it instead of to have to make a rigth mouse click and use the correct menu

Great for Office 97 and upwards users I'm actually quite used to Office 2007 and it's ribbon bars but I do know a number of ex-colleagues and aquaintances who would upgrade from their current version of Office to 2007 but are daunted by the complete new look of it and the worry about the learning curve involved. I think this product will give such people the best of both worlds. They can use the Office applications in the way they are used to and at the same time use the new interface.
